A 30-Minute Earring to Crochet

The fifth piece for the Diamond Earrings of my 30-Minute Earrings Collection. It's crocheted in my favorite color - RED. So far, its the biggest among the diamond motifs yet its the easiest to make.

MATERIALS

The earrings in this particular series are all crocheted using 3 strands of ordinary sewing thread. For this particular earrings, these are what I used:

  • 2 strands of dull red sewing thread
  • 1 strand of rich red (you know, the bloody one) sewing thread

This pattern only requires elementary crochet stitches such as ch, sl st, sc, dc, etc.

I am sorry about that, but I mentioned the hook number in the cover hub. Hubpages is very strict about duplicate content, that's why I have to put repetitive information in the cover hub.

again, you should post what number hook you use please?

Well, it ain't easy at first. But once you get the hang of it and see its therapeutic effect on your mindset, you might just get hooked for life.

Those look amazing. Both my Grandmothers did crochet. I tried I can't do it. I so wish I could.
